August 2023 Market Statistics

 

Total home sales in Reno County fell last month to 69 units, compared to 93 units in August 2022. Total sales volume was $11.5 million, down from a year earlier.   The median sale price in August was $152,900, down from $160,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in August were typically on the market for 6 days and sold for 100.0% of their list prices.   Reno Council Active Listings Down at End of  August  The total number of active listings in Reno County at the end of August was 83 units, down from 85 at the same point in 2022. This represents a 1.3 months' supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of August was $123,000.   During August, a total of 66 contracts were written up from 59 in August 2022. At the end of the month, there were 80 contracts still pending.
